  • Replatformed from Magento to Shopify.
  • Launched Amazon, eBay, Next, Zalando, John Lewis and Walmart, building marketplaces to about £8M, with Amazon at £3.5M.
  • Directed paid media at £10–12K a day, peaking at £15–20K, mostly Meta and Instagram.
  • Moved fulfilment into a 120,000 sq ft warehouse with a new WMS.
